I'm having trouble understanding exactly what your question is. Are you wanting to transfer the wavelength information you see in the metadata viewer for one image to the header of a file that results from stacking this image with other images?
I am afraid that there is not a way to do this. One problem is that the results from layer stacking can (and usually do) have a different number of bands than the input images. So, the wavelengths for one image, as stored in the header file, are not appropriate for a result from layer stacking that image with other images.
