Dear Amar,
If you bring up the SARscape Help, and look under Catalogue of Processing Messages, you can find the meaning of many of the error codes that SARscape may show you. I find the explanation for the error code you are receiving to be:
Generic error (E.C. 20000) - It can be related to different kind of software or data problems. This error must be checked by the sarmap team for a solution; for this purpose the relevant error report must be saved and e-mailed.
Usually when SARscape shows you this error, it also asks you whether you would like to save an Error Report. If you click Yes there, then you can choose a filename and location to save the resulting file. If you are not asked whether you would like to save the Error Report, then you can still make SARscape generate an error report by choosing (in the ENVI Toolbox) SARscape > Administration > Save Error Report.
Once you have saved an error report file, you can send it to your local ENVI distributor or to Harris Geospatial Tech Support (support@harris.com), and we will hopefully be able to use it to see what type of problem you are running into.
Regards,
Peg
