    Can anyone please explain the connection between the 2nd (coherence optimization) and 3rd (polarimetric interferogram generation)? Or how can the 2nd step contribute to the 3rd step? Thanks, Quin

    The Coherence Optimization and Polarimetric Interferogram Generation are two different algorithms, not intended to be used in sequence. When the processes are consecutive and dependent, the developers add a number in the menu name. - Peg
