Hyperion L1Gst geotiff file showing Zigzag spectral profile in optical and NIR range after Radiometric Calibration. Though before calibration the profile shows normal curve. how to correct it?

What version of ENVI are you using? Are you able to open the Hyperion data using the _mtl.txt? There is some overlap in hyperion bands and it may be that what you are seeing is the overlapping bands. I believe this behavior was improved in ENVI 5.4.

Dear, I am using ENVI 5.2. It can open _MTL_L1GST.TXT easily. overlap occurs at about 500-800 nm wavelength region only. please help me.

Do you have access to a newer version of ENVI? I am not seeing this behavior in the latest version. I was able to use radiometric correction on a Hyperion L1T image and the resulting spectra look reasonable.
