I am pleased to announce the release of ENVI Crop Science 1.0.1. This release builds on the crop counting capabilities of 1.0 by adding functionality to identify crop rows and eliminate outlying crops as well as identifying gaps (missing crops) along the rows. There is also a new capability to create a geometry based crop location grid that is a useful alternative to image based crop counting for fields with closed canopies.
