Is there a way to load polynomial warp coefficients (kx,ky)into ENVI when registering images? ENVI allows a user to save out the polynomial coefficients via a text file, but, does not have the ability to load in the coefficients. In this instance, loading GCPs and developing the coefficients in ENVI is not an option.
