    Hello,

I have an ASTER image (one TIF per band). I would like to perform a FLAASH correction but it seems that i need a BIL or BIP format.

I used Basic Tools > Convert Data (BSQ, BIL, BIP), it works but when I use the output file to do the FLAASH tool I have this message:

''Number of rows in this file is inconsistent''.

    Where did I do a mistake ?

    Thanks.

This is an error from FLAASH? Did you first layer stack the VIS and SWIR bands? FLAASH will provide more meaningful results if you include both the VIS and SWIR bands which will require you resample the SWIR bands to match that of the VIS. Then I would use Convert Data to BIL.

I found the layer Stacking tool. Then I used "Convert Data (BSQ, BIL, BIP)". But when I select my BIL file in FLAASH, the software asks me an "ASCII Filename containing wavelength and fwhm", but I don't think I have such a file...

TIFF files do not contain the wavelength metadata so you will need to add wavelengths to your data via View Metadata->Edit Metadata and add in the Wavelengths metadata item. Then define the wavelength center for each band. You can use the ASTER User Guide for reference:

I succeeded to run FLAASH, unfortunately, I do not have the good license anymore (my 5.4 trial version ended today and my old 5.2 version doesn't have the license to run FLAASH). It's going to be fixed soon.
