I am using Spectral Hourglass wizard to identify endmembers in AVIRIS data. However, it crashed after the n-Dimensional viewer. I have all the files saved from the previous steps, so how do I resume progress in the wizard at the n-Dimensional Viewer without having to go through all the previous steps?

Related question: Since I could not figure out how to resume the wizard, I've been trying to reconstruct the wizard workflow manually. However, I can't find the ENVI tool for spectral coherence (following MNF) in the Toolbox that helps establish a threshold and select the number of MNF bands to include in the pixel purity index step. I've seen this step described as "Data Dimensionality determination using Spatial Coherence measures."

    Thanks!

The Spectral Hourglass wizard does not have the ability to resume the workflow so unfortunately, you will need to go through the process again. The spectral coherence option is only available within the wizard. Before the spatial coherence measurement in the wizard, we would look at the MNF eigenvalue plot and find the noise floor as an eigenvalue threshold above 1.0, where images above 1 are more unique signal than noise and those below are more noise than unique signal.
