I have a SAM Rule hyperspectral classification for an endmember. I've used the histogram to accurately dilineate the target endmember. I've applied a color table, so that there is a color gradient for the target. I'd now like to be able to take the target classification (without losing the color table gradient applied) and then layer them on top of a one band image. How would I do this in envi?

Daniel, I think you would be better off applying a Density Slice to your data rather than a color table. Then the density slice can be saved to a Classification image which can be overlain on the original image via Overlay ->Classification.
