Hi, I'd like to conduct radiometric calibration of the image captured using Parrot Sequoia. However, there are not gain and offset data of Parrot Sequoia images uploaded on ENVI5.5. Then, Is it possible that conduct radiometric calibration of Parrot Sequoia image using ENVI5.5?

I am not familiar with this data but if you add gains and offsets to the metadata, you should be able to calibrate the data to radiance. You will need irradiance values and time of acquisition if you want to calibrate to TOA reflectance.
