I am trying to run FLAASH on Sentinel 2 and Landsat imagery. One of the input parameters is "Ground Elevation (km)". Can anyone suggest where I can find the scene elevation for Sentinel 2 and Landsat. I have looked through MTD and MTL documents but I cannot find the scene ground elevation. Is that something I have to calculate?

The Ground Elevation (km) is the approximate elevation at the surface, in km above sea level. Since this can vary significantly across the spatial extent of the satellite scene, you can provide an average value that represents the whole scene. I sometimes use Google Earth to estimate the average scene elevation in meters, then convert it to km.

Thanks for your suggestion. I ended up using DEM of the scene to calculate the average elevation.
