I would suggest 1) make sure you have installed the 'last patch available' from the tool within the Sarscape toolbox and 2) try to download Sentinel aux files after update and go to View Error Log under Administration. At the end of the log, you should any errors that are produced. Please post those errors.
Also note that if your Sentinel data was recently acquired, it can take a bit for the aux files to be posted - perhaps weeks.
