Removing bad bands

    I removed bad bands from HySpex Hyperspectral image in ENVI. There a flat line instead of gap in the interval of removed bands. Please help. I want the removed bands to show as gaps and not a flat line. Thank you

    You set the bands you wish to ignore as 'bad bands' in the image metadata. If this parameter is not currently set (under View Metadata ->Edit Metadata) then use the '+' to add in the parameter to the image metadata and set the bad bands accordingly.
