I am not sure I am following. If I launch the spectral analyst, it requests the spectral library I want to use to compare against spectra that are already plotted (so it is expecting a plot window with spectra plotted). After selecting my library (I used USGS veg1.sli), it brings up the Methods Weighting dialog and the empty Spectral Analyst window. If I select Apply in this dialog, it brings up a dialog showing me the plotted spectra I have selected from my image. I can select one of these spectra and then Ok and the Spectral Analyst window is populated with the Scores for the methods I chose previously. I am not sure where you are getting a histogram in this scenario. Could you explain your workflow?
