FLAASH with gaps in the SWIR region

    Hello,

    I am trying to convert PRISMA images from TOA to BOA using FLAASH, but once prepocessed the spectrum of the FLAASH file gets gaps in the SWIR region.

    Can you tell what might be causing this?

    This would result from those SWIR bands being set to 'bad bands' after processing FLAASH. This may be due to low reflectance or other indicators that these band results were not reliable. Can you check the header (View Metadata) under the Spectral tab to see if those bands are set to bad bands.
