I have a list of ROIs (50+) and want to compare subsets for their spectral separability. Whether I compare 2 ROIs or 20, I get an error, and the results only show "0" or NaN. This is the error message: Singular value encountered in calculation for ROI #. I haven't been able to run "Compare ROI separability" successfully. Does anyone have advice? Thanks in advance...
