1489 Creative Marketing Specialist (Boulder, CO) The primary role of the Creative Marketing Specialist is to design and author various marketing and multimedia materials (HTML emails, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, posters, etc.) and to support the corporate website. What You’ll Do: • Write and design HTML email campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, posters, brochures, etc. • Review designs and copy to ensure corporate branding and messaging guidelines are met • Interface with product development teams to deliver product-based design items as needed • Work on a variety of marketing projects on an as-needed basis, including trade show graphics, advertising, collateral development, etc. • Work with multiple departments to develop and integrate design, copy, and multimedia into all campaigning efforts What You Need: • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience • Minimum of three years of recent professional experience as a Graphic Artist or Marketing Specialist • Proven design skills for a wide variety of marketing projects including web, print, and other media • Proven written and verbal communications skills • Strong attention to detail, experience creating/editing graphics, a thorough knowledge of HTML, browser capabilities/limitations, file optimization, color palettes, and design constraints on the Web • Strong knowledge of Adobe design products • Solid print production skills and experience interfacing with service bureaus and outside vendors Applicants with experience working in the geospatial or software industries preferred.
