Enhanced Support - Academic Premium Support

Introducing the Academic Premium Support Plan*

This package is available for academic customers with at least one product under maintenance. Academic Premium Support offers product level support.

You can add the Academic Premium Support package for a Named user for any product in the ENVI, IDL and SARscape product family.

* Exclusions and limits:

  • This product is currently available only for North America direct sales customers.  
  • Support for network and computer system permissions is not included. 
  • Premium Academic Support is assigned to a single named individual user, tied to an academic license that is under current maintenance.
  • Premium Academic Support is co-termed with the maintenance date of the associated license maintenance contract.
  • Module-related support requires the related module license to have current maintenance.
