Introducing the Silver Level Support Package
We are excited to start offering the Silver Level Support Package starting in February 2018. This package is available for customers with at least one product under maintenance. The Silver Level Support includes faster response times, a named support engineer, shared desktop viewing, daily updates on support incidents, onsite training discount and an EAS discount. Silver Level Support includes new, additional services that have never been included in the Standard support package that comes with maintenance.
You can add the Silver Support Package for a named user for any product in the ENVI, IDL and SARscape product family.
