ENVI Point Cloud Toolkit

The tool provides the ability to perform geometric change detection between point clouds, point cloud registration, and point cloud void filling.  Also included are utilities to obtain file information from a variety of point cloud file formats, create a KML file containing the boundaries for point cloud files,  convert point cloud files to a new coordinate system or format, and spatially subset a point cloud in a regular geometric manner.  Note this extension requires ENVI 5.2 (or higher).
