ENVI Services Engine Admin Console and FireFox Web Browser Memory issue
Mozilla's FireFox web browser has a memory leak that may cause it to run out of memory and crash. If you run the "Jobs" tab of the ENVI Services Engine's Admin Console on FireFox, and FireFox crashes, the Admin Console will also crash. We can offer two solutions to fix or lessen the problem:
Option 1: To fix this problem, download and install Memory Fox from the Mozilla.org website ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/memory-fox/ ).
Memory Fox installs a small icon with a pull-down menu in the upper border of your FireFox browser (usually to the left of the URL textbox):

Click this icon and select "Activate Memory Fox - Browser Only" from the menu.
Activating Memory Fox causes the memory consumption of the FireFox browser to stay under control, resulting in few, if any, browser crashes.
Option 2: If you choose not to use Memory Fox, an option within the "Jobs" tab of ENVI Services Engine can help lessen the FireFox memory leak. Navigate to the ENVI Services Engine "Jobs" tab and toggle the "Auto Refresh" button (upper right corner) to OFF. Having the "Auto Refresh" turned to OFF slows down the FireFox memory leak.
