Senior Software Quality Engineer, Boulder CO

We have an opening for a senior software quality engineer to perform complex testing tasks to assure that developed products meet requirements specifications and are within total quality system limits and standards.  This is a temporary, full time position.

What You'll Do:

• Perform complex functional, application, regression and performance tests on moderate to large software projects.
• Define test objectives and writes test cases to those objectives.
• Set up and run test cases for assigned modules, recording results in accordance with the Agile Scrum Process.
• Provide input and feedback on required tasks, schedule estimates, testing progress and results to the Program Manager.
• Assist other engineers with approach and technical issues.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or the sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 5 or more years of experience in product testing, research, or development.
• Understanding of the software development process, including design, implementation, testing, and documentation. 

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with client/server design concepts, database administration, and SQL.
• Experience with image processing/analysis applications and concepts are a plus.
• Medical software domain experience including the DICOM standard is a plus.
