Technical Support Specialist, Gilching or Paris Office, Temporary

We have an entry-level technical support position available in either the German or French office to support our European customers.  The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing quality technical support to customers.  This involves analyzing, troubleshooting and testing software, to solve technical problems and answer questions regarding the installation and licensing of our products as well as working with our website.

 

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Fluency in French and English is a must – other languages (specifically German and Italian) are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • Experience installing and licensing software on Windows, Linux or Mac operating systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to receive and comprehend detailed information by phone for extended periods of time to troubleshoot customer issues
  • Ability to review technical documentation
  • Ability to consistently perform in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are a must
