ITT Visual Information Solutions announces new IDL distributor in Mexico

Boulder, CO – January 6, 2010 – ITT Visual Information Solutions (VIS), a subsidiary of ITT Corporation, (NYSE:ITT), announced the signing of a new distribution agreement with Global Computing S.A de C.V for the distribution of IDL in Mexico. Under the distribution agreement, Global Computing S.A de C.V will help a growing number of scientists, researchers, and engineers in Mexico access the powerful IDL computing environment to better understand scientific and numerical data through the use of interactive visualizations and advanced mathematical and statistical analysis.  
 
Global Computing S.A de C.V has been actively distributing products that allow its customers to understand and represent scientific and technical data since 1998. With a focus on educational institutions and research centers, the company supports its customers’ efforts to efficiently develop leading edge software applications using the most advanced technologies available.
