SENSORS AND SATELLITES

GeoEye-1

from Maxar

With the launch of the GeoEye-1 Satellite in September 2008, the world's highest resolution, most advanced imagery products became available. This became the first sensor with 2m or better resolution for multispectral data, and up to 0.4m resolution for the panchromatic band. Just like the WorldView-1 sensor, this is a great option for those needing both historical imagery and stereo pair data.
