Hi Mario, If you haven't got a reply to your query yet, you could read this. I had the same problem recently where i wanted to create a scatter plot from two modis images, but of the complete scene. You can do it in ENVI by dragging the IMAGE window wide enough such that the rectangle in the scroll window covers your entire image. Its a tedious and cumbersome way of doing it, but it works. Else, you could write an IDL code to do that, but thats something i couldn't finish myself. I got a plot, but it was in the right display mode. Hope this works, Raghu
