Dear all I want to correct a Landsat image using FLAASH. But Im not sure about what I have to do with de viewing geometry parameters. In Flaash the zenith angle and the azimuth angle can be modified, I think that Landsat use a nadir viewing geometry, so the zenith angle is 180, is it correct?. Besides I have to set the zenith angle but I dont know if the angle is the sun azimuth or the sensor azimuth. In the image header appear the sun azimuth, is that the angle I have to use?. Would it be better no setting the wiewing geometry? Thank you very much. Victor Rodríguez.

The azimuth setting in FLAASH is defined in the documentation (ENVI 4.4) as: ------------- The azimuth angle is defined as the azimuth (the angle between the line of sight and due North) of the sensor as viewed from the ground. This angle is arbitrary for nadir-viewing sensors. For example, if your azimuth from the sensor is 90 degrees (due east), then the azimuth from the ground that you specify should be 270 degrees (due west). --------------- However, it is generally not necessary to set the viewing geometry for Landsat when processing in FLAASH.
