    Has anybody else using ENVI/IDL experienced poor support from itt??. I have been using this (quite expensive) product for 8 years now and none of the bugs (some quite serious) have ever been addressed. These range from supposed support for reading ER Mapper files (none of the geo-referencing information is imported forcing me to input it manually) to extremely serious issues such as the fact that LSFIT procedures include missing value codes in the computations thus producing totally erroneous output. I can go on but I just cannot seem to get the support staff to help me on any issue whatsoever. I have just purchased TNT Mips and find that the support that these guys provide is almost immediate. Not so with itt. I am not sure whether it is because I use the OS X version of ENVI/IDL or what but there is nothing that I can say or do that gets any response from the support staff at all.

    I’m also experiencing poor support. Here are two examples: Two days ago, I send a message though the “Support” tab in this ITT website, and it has not been answer yet. Two days ago, I ask for a license quotation through direct e-mail, and I’ve not received any response. Is ITT staff on vacation?   Campos.
