    Hey everyong, Now I want  to contour the Sea surface temperature, the value on land is 32767, how to deal with it? Thanks in advance.

    Have a look in the IDL Help under Contour->Examples->Contour of digital elevation data.  This example shows a method to deal with missing data that would also be useful for your data.
