Hi All Aplogies in advance for my ignorance with idl widgets. I can't work out how to input say 6 different integers/float numbers by hand into 6 different respective TEXT WIDGETS or CW_FIELD WIDGETS and then after these numbers have been inserted actually use these values to do analysis in my IDL code ...... ! In effect this would be an interactive process whereby the user inputs  6 different bits of data that are used by my code using widgets to input the data.
