I have been trying to work on the MODIS_aqua on ENVI to compare the satellite data and the ground data. I have not been able to retrieve the water leaving radiance for any bands from the ENVI. Could you please help me go through this process? Thanks

Have you tried using the MODIS Conversion Toolkit, available for download from our website (under Downloads ->Toolkits and Plugins)? Are there additional scale factors you must apply to the data to convert it to real world units? If so, you may need to use Band Math to perform these additional computations.
