Hi, I want to process data AST09 aster (bits), these products are in radiance values. When I use the FLAASH the results are very bad, why? when using images AST AST L1B and L1A (floating point) if my results are good. Which isthe solution for data processing ASTER radiance values (bits) in FLAASH? Thank you

Although AST 09 products are radiance products, they still require a band scale factor to be applied as described on the ASTER products webpage: https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/lpdaac/products/aster_products_table/on_demand/surface_radiance_vnir_swir/v1/ast_09 You could use something like band math or Apply gain and bias to do this.

The appropriate scale factors will be discussed at the data providers website.  You just have to find the product you are using. https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/lpdaac/products/aster_products_table
