I cannot run MNF on my hyperion image.  Every time I try to run this, I get an error saying that the number of pixels in the shift difference spatial subset should be greater than the number of input bands.  My spatial subset is the entire image, so maybe I am doing something wrong or don't fully understand how to use MNF.  Does anybody have any suggestions for me?

Have you 'cleaned up' your hyperion dataset?  Hyperion has many bad bands and overlap in the sensors which may cause issues with some of the spectral tools such as MNF.  You may need to set some bad bands in your header or use the Hyperion Toolkit available from theCode Library on the ITT Visual Information Solutions website. Also, have you tried setting a smaller subset for the shift difference?  Does this also cause an error and if so, is it different?
