Hi, I have created ROI's using one georeferenced image, which was pre-processed in BEAM VISAT for Noise reuction and atmospheric correction, then warped using image to image registration in ENVI. I have 4 other files that went through the same process using specicific GCP's, so have slight different spatial extents, and I'm trying to resote the ROI's onto all of them and save separte ASCII files to compare the spectral info. ENVI says the ROI's have been restored, but none appear on screen, and I can't save the ASCII files. Is there any way around this? Any help would be greaty appreciated,   Hugh

If the images are all georeferenced (and show a map info icon in the Available Bands List), you should be able to use Reconcile ROIs via Map.  Otherwise, the images must be of the same dimensions.
