Hello Everyone,
I am a new user of MODIS images in ENVI and IDL. I have several questions to ask as follows:
How to do georeferencing by batch mode? I have downloaded daily MODIS images (calibrated radiances 1km) for several months (target to get 1 year worth of data), which I need to process to derive the Global Irradiance. But first I need to georeference it. Using ENVI tools is easy but you have to do this one image at a time and considering the volume of the data I have, this process takes a lot of time.
How to derive the Solar Zenith Angle and Sensor Zenith Angle from the MODIS image. I heard someone successfully derived the solar zenith angle given the date, time and year of the image.
Thank you and I look forward to your reply that would resolve the above.

Hello fellow users of MODIS. I finally learned how to get the solar zenith, solar azimuth, sensor zenith and sensor azimuth from MODIS images. Mr. Ridgway of NASA told me to check on the calibrated radiance 5KM resolution product. I checked and indeeds all the data I need are there. Check it out.
