I am running PCA on 160-band data. Is there a way to select a non-contiguous subset of eigenvalues? I don't just want the first 10 or so PCA bands, I want a set of individual bands (7, 10, 22, 34, etc.). I know I can spectrally subset the final output, but I want to perform an inverse transformation and I'm not sure how to exclude all of the other components. Thoughts?

When you start the inverse PCA transform, and you're chosing your input file, you can click the Spectral Subset button, and select only the bands of interest for the inverse.
