I need to run the spectral analyst function, i.e., identify a material/spectrum based on some spectral library. I tried to set to log manager in ENVI to collect the commands used to run this process but nothing was written to the log. I'm aware of the "spectral_feature_doit" and "class_doit" procedures but they return classified images not a list of possible spectra matches. Any direction here would be helpful. Thanks.
