    Hi, I am still waiting for account verification process to complete in order to be able to download IDL Virtual Machine. I have contacted Paola and she said it will be done next day, but that was several days ago. Can you help me with this issue, it's been a while since applied. Thanks Darko

    Thank you Jared, I have sent the message. Hope it will be resolved soon, I constantly get 'Request for more information to complete your web site registration' emails, but I already filled all the fields and updated my profile with required data.

    It should be cleared now. The most common reasons why the verification cannot complete is because there is a duplicate record or a lack of an associated company (in this case your University). Once those are entered, the verification can complete.

In any case, I now see the confirmation of verification email, but I'm still receiving the following warning on the top of your site: "You are using an unverified account. Please verify your account by clicking on the link contained in the verification email previously sent to you." More importantly, I have no options to purchase your product online. I get the following, which may be related to the above issue: "No results found for this pricing schedule. Please contact your sales representative." I'm then asked to call my sales rep on an international numbers. Sorry, I'd prefer not to do this. Who knew purchasing online would be such a challenge! Any assistance you can offer to resolve would be appreciated.
