Hey Guys, I am trying to convert ND to reflectance in MODIS images, so I edited the reflectance scale factor to 10,000, but when I try to edit the data type, changing from integer to floating point, a problem message pops up “Problem: Specified dimensions are incorrect, they total double size” Can you help me?

You cannot edit the header to change the data type to float. You need to actually convert the data type using either Band Math: float(b1) where you assign the variable 'b1' to the file or by using Basic Tools ->Stretch Data and set the output data type to float.
