Hi all,
I used band math to process the MERIS radiance image, but the output images had none wavelength information. Who knows how to keep the wavelength information with the input radiance image? Thanks,
Jie

Band Math equations that result in a single file will no longer have the wavelength associated with it. However, if you apply an equation to a file (using the Map variable to input file button), the bands in the file will retain the wavelength information. Not all equations make sense to pass on the wavelength information since the data can be changed quite a bit (such as multiplying two spectral bands together). You can always add in wavelengths to a file using File ->Edit ENVI Header ->Edit Attributes ->Wavelengths.

Hi,
What is the default wavelength values for worldview-2 bands for Envi. Is anyone provide me these values, please?
For example,
Panchromatic 0.632
Coastal 0.427
Blue 0.478
Green 0.546
Yellow 0.608
Thanks,

When I open a WV-2 dataset in ENVI 4.8, the band center wavelengths are reported in the Available Bands list as:
band 1 0.4250
band 2 0.4800
band 3 0.5450
band 4 0.6050
band 5 0.6600
band 6 0.7250
band 7 0.8325
band 8 0.9500
