    I'm very new to IDL, and I'd like to display the code line numbers in the editing window. Is there a way of doing this? I haven't seen it in any Help files so far. Thanks, Joe

    Hello Joe, If you are running at least IDL 7, you will have to go in : Preference -> General -> Editors -> Text Editor :-) Vincent
