My hymap dataset is in reflectance. 10000 correspond with 100 %. How is it possible to convert my data with a range from 0 to 1 in Envi?

Divide the dataset by 10000 using Band Math.

7 days in delay as an one-liner! 1. Basic Tools --> Band Math --> Expression = b1/10000 in next window --> click "Map Variable to Input File" (choose data set out of the Input File list) Note: all bands are selected. Enter the location to save the file (or Memory) ... Voila!
