    I have an account which is obvious because I can post here. I am trying to download the virtual machine but keep getting a message that I do have access to the portal. I have downloaded previous versions of the virtual machine in the past. Need the latest version to run a program. Running Windows 7 Pro with IE 8. Any suggestions?

    Just to be sure, you need to download IDL Virtual Machine from our website at http://www.ittvis.com/lan...oductDownloads.aspx. You must login first before downloading. And there may be a slight delay to verify that you are authorized to access the download but you should get a message with instructions. If you are still having problems downloading, please contact support@ittvis.com. Bill

    I was at the location referenced by your URL. Just to be sure I copied and pasted it into my browser. Sent a message to support requesting help. Currently using 6.4 but had a friend send me an application that was coded using 8.1 and there is some coding that needs 8.1.

    I have a same problem. I am trying to download the virtual machine but I saw the same message like that there is no permission for downloading (the messages appear in Japanese).     I also have a problem downloading IDL virtual machine on my mac OS10.6. I get the same error message, access denied. I reregistered with a new name and tried again to no availability. Are there any solutions to this issue?
