Yes, that is it. The good news is that the settings look reasonable for hyperion. The bad news is that I don't know why you have pixels over 10000. Can you tell how many pixels are in this range? If you display both the radiance and FLAASH result in the same display and find a few pixels that go over 10000, what are the radiance values for those pixels?
Also, do you have access to a newer version of ENVI than 5.3? I believe we made a few updates to the hyperion data reader and perhaps this is the difference.

The Quac results look within a reasonable range.

If I implemented it right (I apply band math and I write the expression (b1 gt 10,000)*1 so as to show me the pixels), the problem that i found is only in one pixel. The statistics file that I have is the above:

Yes I think one pixel is not something to worry about. I would mask that value for future processing, similar to pixels that fall below 0.0.
