Dear All,
I aim to process time-series for AVHRR imagery. Currently, I have 52 images of AVHRR 7 days composite of year 1989. The area is in USA.
And I found out that I have some problems about input AVHRR composite image to ENVI. I try both way "open image file" and "open external file" but it doesn't work.
Is there anyone know how to input AVHRR composite image to ENVI. Please let me know how to.
Many thanks in advance.
Paula.

What is the data format of your AVHRR data? Is it in one of the supported formats listed under File ->Open External File->AVHRR? Do you get an error message opening your file and if so, what does it say?

Try opening the file as ERDAS Imagine format (under File ->Open External File ->IP Format). If that is not the format, then you might contact the data provider to ask what format the data files are in.
