    Hi Guys, Could someone please explain to me how Exelis's change request system for IDL works? I have submitted a technical support request which has since been closed with the outcome being that a bug was filed in the change request system. I have been given a CRS number but what do I use this for? Is there a way to track this change request? I have looked for information about this on the website but can find nothing. Thanks, Tim

    Hi Tim, CRS is our internal database used to track bugs. I sent you the CRS number for a couple of reasons: 1) I wanted to provide you with a record that the bug was filed and sent to development. 2) You can reference the CR number if you need to write to us again about the bug you submitted or a related issue.
