Hello, I want to create 100 points using ROI so I can use them to conduct a supervised classification of an IKONSO image. I know ther area very well and can distinguish between grass, woody vegetation, agriculture, road, rivers. My question is: When I am creating the ROI, should I create one ROI/category (25 points in ROI) or should I create 25 ROI for each category? Any help is greatly appreciated! thank you

If the training data for one class are in separate ROIs then they will be treated as separate classes. You would then have to merge the ROIs into one. So it is easiest if you select all your training points as 1 ROI per class.
