I have created a ROI with some classes. when i want to generate random samples for accuracy assessment , the result of generate random sampling is the duplication of old ROI. I want to know why this function is not creating new ROIs based on old ROI? why the result is duplication?!

Are you trying to generate the random sample from a classification result or from ROIs? Can you also tell us the steps you took such as which type of random sampling you picked and whether you are using ground truth image or ground truth ROIs.
