What projection do those satellites use? For example, it looks like GOES comes in mercator or polar stereographic. You would specify one of these projections depending on your dataset.

Envi does not understand the parameters of this projection. I can not independently make this projection list of known for Envi. If it helps, I can send a file as an example in this projection. Description projections in paragraph 4.4.3.2 http://www.eumetsat.int/g...ment/pdf_cgms_03.pdf Please help me. Thanks

I believe that others have used the projection type called "General Vert Near Side Persp" in ENVI for these data. I am not familiar with the Normalized Geostationary Projection, but perhaps it is essentially the same thing? Here is some info about the General Vertical Near Side Perspective projection: http://www.progonos.com/f...r/ProjAz/projAz.html - Peg Exelis VIS
