Dear Friends and Experts,Just to inform, I have one Landsat data with 7 bands. And also I have a vector file that shows the location of places that we have measured soil organic matter at surface soil in some pixels with the same dimension of Landsat's pixels size (30m). Now I want to extract DN of those pixels that we have field measurement for soil organic matter. Would you please guide me how I can extract the DN for those pixels?

There may be other ways but you could Overlay the vectors. Then from the Vectors Parameters dialog chose File > Export Active Layer to ROIs . Then open those ROIs with the ROI Tool dialog. From this dialog chose File > Output ROIs to ASCII... and chose your parameters which will include the DN values.
